WHILE people-power has seen 14 Mallorcan councils ban bullfighting Palma is bucking the trend by refusing to outlaw the traditional Spanish sport.
Campanet is the latest municipality on the island to put in place a ban – on the casting vote of the mayor – making it 14 in just four months to have turned their back on what many see as a ‘cultural event’.
