Curious about Ciudad Patricia?

IF you’re approaching your senior years, you might be feeling your villa is just getting a bit too much, that perhaps you’re worried about coping in the coming years, or you just want to live somewhere where someone else takes care of all life’s troubles.

One answer might be to sell up and move to Ciudad Patricia, a beautiful senior resort set in a 100,000m2 park nestled in the verdant hills between Benidorm and Alfaz Del Pi. It really is independent living with that safety net that means you don’t have to worry. It’s a place to keep old friends and make new friends alike. In fact it has often been called the best kept secret on the Costa Blanca.

If you’re curious about what living is like in Ciudad Patricia, what better way to find out than to visit and see for yourself? Of course, you’re welcome to make an appointment anytime.  However, on October 21, they’re holding an open day where you can join other like-minded people to find out more about the apartments, the park, and the life. The day starts at 11am, when you’ll be met by Amanda Hobbs who will then make a short presentation, followed by a tour of the park and a show apartment, and answer any questions that you may have. At about 1 o’clock, you can enjoy a three-course lunch in the restaurant and to round off the day, they’ll have live music to which you can dance away the afternoon!
