Computer problems? Call Computer Helpline

I GIVE you a scenario: You have a computer that is not working properly. You phone a mobile number from one of the local papers and ask for your computer to be repaired. Next day a scruffy bearded git (Boris Johnson’s vocabulary, not mine) arrives on his scooter with a rucksack containing a few old tools and possibly some parts.

Sometimes he will fix the computer in your house, most times not, but still charges €55 for a call-out. We, on the other hand, have the policy that, unless it is something very simple like you’ve inadvertently turned off your Wi-Fi, we take the computer away to our workshop which has all the necessary test facilities. We have no call-out charge, no hourly rate and a ‘no fix no fee’ policy.

We have the ability to build desktop towers to your specification, new or refurbished with warranty. We also stock peripheral parts including printers and LCD flat screens.

We can replace all parts on laptops, subject to availability. If the laptop is deemed beyond repair, then we can supply quality-refurbished laptops loaded with genuine software that has been activated with Microsoft and with a warranty. Simple tasks such as acquiring an email account, setting up your Wi-Fi, and tutorial in general are available. We do not supply Internet. This is best left to dedicated Internet Service Providers!

Software problems and upgrades are our specialty and only activated Microsoft operating systems will be used. Virus removal, malware removal and data recovery are also part of our services.

We can design and maintain websites to your requirements. We also offer the service of social media management carried out by a professional media manager.

Based in Benalmadena, we cover most of the coast.
