Don’t miss out… visit Ciudad

HUNDREDS of people have discovered the joy of life at Ciudad Patricia. With apartments going fast, now is the time to make an appointment!

At Ciudad Patricia, we’re proud of the success we’ve had, helping hundreds of seniors find the perfect place to retire. Set in over 100,000m2 of beautiful parkland, our residents find that our apartments strike the right balance of size, affordability and convenience whilst providing a supporting ‘safety net’ that never intrudes and assures the best in independent living.

Since 2005, Ciudad Patricia have refurbished 140 apartments, and welcomed more than 200 residents of all nationalities, but mainly English and Dutch! A common misconception is that even though people are in their ‘senior years,’ they often think they’re ‘too young’ to come here.

Nothing could be further from the truth. With many activities, a central social building and our new swimming pool complex, our residents find themselves feeling younger rather than the opposite.

However, due to its popularity, the number of available apartments is dwindling. In 2014 we sold 29 apartments on a ‘lifetime right of use’ basis. This means they have only 11 apartments left. These are one or two bedroom apartments of between 77m2 and 84m2. These are expected to sell in the next six months leading to the start of a waiting list by the end of the year.

If you’re thinking about your future and would like to find out more, and don’t like to be disappointed, then please make an appointment to go and see for yourself as soon as possible.

To make an appointment, just call Amanda Hobbs on 673 064 288, or email ahobbs@ciudadpatricia.com.

Amanda will happily show you around the park, view a typical apartment, and explain all about living at Ciudad Patricia.

Even if it’s still not the right time, it’s best to see now and get yourself on the waiting list.
