REGIONAL MPs return to Valencian Community’s autonomous parliament on September 23 after a 68-day summer holiday.
They can hardly be said to have had a taxing year as they also had a two-month break after Christmas, followed by time off in March for Valencia’s Fallas celebrations and the Magdalena fiestas in Castellon.
These breaks were followed by Easter Week with more time off for the European Elections and the Hogueras fiestas in Alicante City.
The nine plenary sessions in this year’s calendar include five control sittings with the regional president Alberto Fabra.
These are similar to Prime Minister’s Questions and the first is scheduled for September 23.
