Paul Payton, co-owner of Key West said: “Our bar and restaurant is all about nice ambiance, lighting perfectly set up and great choice of music.”

The restaurant offers a sort of good quality, sophisticated pub grub, including a few tapas and salads. “Our burgers are a favourite. Clients can choose from Classic hamburger, Chilli cheeseburger or Key West burger. All burgers are made with Irish Black Angus Beef. Also our Meat- Lamb chops (250gr.) with chips and salad are a big hit, with the lamb meat coming from New Zealand.”

Tapas are a must for a starter: Pimientos del padrón; Dates and bacon; Russian salad; Chorizo in cider; Meatballs; Serrano ham or Manchego cheese will definitely open anyone’s appetite.

Finally, salads are a great alternative for vegetarians such as the Salmon salad, Salad with goat cheese and nuts or the Caesar salad.

When asked about the always important drinks, Paul Payton said: “We have a wide selection of local Mallorcan wines, both red and rose, as well as the prime Spanish brands, such as Ribera del Duero or Rueda.

Our varieties of Gins, Vodkas, Highballs, Cocktails, Collins’s, Whiskies, Liquors, Brandies, Bitters, Rums, Wines and Champagne are very popular at parties. And in addition to that we serve cocktails: Mojitos and Margaritas or Daiquiri in all type of flavours.” And if it wasn’t enough, they have a yatch delivery service to owners in Puerto Portals.

Key West Puerto Portals has fantastic resident DJs and live bands providing the entertainment and party atmosphere, from Spanish to soul, to disco.
