EastEnders in hilarious World Cup advert

Best of enemies, EastEnders’ Sharon Rickman and Shirley Carter can be seen in a new advert, kicking off, but not in the same way as they normally do.

The love rivals, played by Letitia Dean and Linda Henry have filmed a special World Cup themed advert to promote the BBC soap. The trailer first aired during Germany’s 7-1 thrashing of Brazil.

Regular viewers will be well aware of the duo’s current feud over the heart of Phil Mitchell, played by Steve McFadden. They have found an amusing way to settle the score here.
