Planet Project Events and Costa Cosmetica are pleased to announce a “Fiesta Tropical”, at Hotel Puente Romano on Saturday 23 August.

Headlining are Kid Creole and the Coconuts, whose infectious brand of latin/island/disco/big band, coupled with some extremely talented musicians

and 3 beautiful Coconuts makes for a night to remember, all set on a sultry summers evening in the best venue in Marbella; the Tennis Club at Hotel Puente Romano. “Inspired by Cab Calloway and the Hollywood films of the 30”s and 40”s the Kid fills out his colourful zoot suits with style and grace, dancing onstage with his inimitable relentless self proclaimed cool”.

For those wishing to dance to favourite hits like “Annie, I’m not your Daddy”, “Stool Pigeon”, “I’m a wonderful thing baby”, “Endicott”, or the Prince collaboration “the Sex of it”, there will be a dance area in front of the Stage, which will give the audience the opportunity to party, party, party!

Opening the Show is Chico Castillo and the Gipsys, Chico is no stranger to Marbella audiences, and while he is now a resident of Miami he lived in Andalucia for several years. Be prepared for his stunning gipsy vocal style on “ Djobi Djoba”,” Vivir”, “Alabina”,  and “Sarah”, while the Gipsys provide a foot-stomping rhythm to back him. Party, party, party!

For those who want to continue the party there will be an After Show at Vale Vale, just across from the Puente Romano on Marbella’s stunning Golden Mile.

Tickets for the Event start at a very reasonable €25; the promoters have tried to make the Fiesta Tropical accessible to everybody, they are available from Ticketmaster, El Corte Ingles or from the hotline on 602 644 546.
