As World Cup Fever grips the globe, La Sala Group is proud to offer its support to two of its super talented shareholders, Alex Oxlade Chamberlain and Raheem Sterling who are both currently making a splash in Brazil as they play their first World Cup for the England squad.

Raheem Sterling, 19, is having his first taste of competing in the World Cup. The Jamaican born winger, who plays for Liverpool, has impressed the football fraternity with a fine first performance in England’s opening match against Italy, and has been touted as arguably the best player in Roy Hodgson’s squad. 

The young player, who grew up with Wembley stadium in view from his London home, is disciplined about his game, and his dedication is about to pay off. His club will reputedly double his weekly wages when he returns from Brazil. 

Meanwhile, Alex Oxlade Chamberlain, 20, who is currently signed to Arsenal, is also doing England proud in Brazil. His impressive debut against Italy, vying for position with Wayne Rooney, has been hampered by a knee injury, but he’s expected to be fit for play in time for the England squad’s all-important match against Uruguay on Thursday 19^th 2014.

Oxlade made a name for himself as the youngest English goal scorer in UEFA Champions League history by scoring twice in his first three games for the club. Nicknamed “The Ox” for his physical tenacity and powerful game, his debut in the England squad was in a friendly against Norway in 2012. 

As La Sala UK prepares for kick off in Chigwell, Essex in September 2014, for Sterling and Chamberlain, it looks like success in business as well as on pitch is all but guaranteed.
