Kevin Spacey wants his cyber-stalker to be jailed.

Hollywood actor Kevin Spacey has asked a judge to jail a Massachusetts woman who has cyber-stalked him.

Linda Louise Culkin, 55, has said she would shoot, torture and disembowel the Oscar winner during a stalking campaign that has reportedly lasted more than two years.

Spacey has asked that the woman, who has been convicted over the Twitter messages, be jailed.

The House of Cards star has said in a letter to the judge that the threats caused him “eminent fear”.

In November 2013, Culkin pleaded guilty to mailing threatening communications, among other charges.

Culkin has been in custody since her arrest in January 2012, and was due to be sentenced on Tuesday in Boston, but a judge has sent her for a psychiatric evaluation.

Spacey wrote to the judge: “The only way I am going to achieve a true state of safety is for the defendant to remain in custody and undertake intense psychiatric treatment.”

Culkin sent the Hollywood star tweets including threats to “put a bullet in K.S.’s brain and then commit suicide”, according to the Boston Herald.

Another tweet indicated that “K.S. would be disembowelled”.

When police investigators visited Culkin’s home, they reportedly found a defaced picture of Spacey along with references to the actor hidden around the home.

Culkin’s defence team have said there was “no evidence” Culkin had planned to carry out any of the threats, and requested mental healthcare for the defendant.
