Jeni Keane, a 22-year-old fashion student studying in Valencia, recently appealed to EKA, the European Kids Association, for help.
After three and a half years of studying, she has had her funding cut by the government.
Unable to work due to erratic studying timetables, Jeni was faced with the possibility of having to walk away from years of work and a lifetime’s dream.
She decided that she wasn’t going to allow that to happen so she came to EKA asking for help.
As a result, a fashion show is being held on Saturday at 8pm in the Metro Bar, Calpe.
EKA team members are working tirelessly with Jeni to get this show together and all the clothes going to be showcased will be Jeni’s own designs and creations.
EKA will be asking for a €5 entrance fee, all of which will be put towards paying Jeni’s school fees.
Grant a Wish have also offered their help and pledged money to the cause, along with Moraira/Teulada Lions.
