Marbella’s Ruta de la Tapa prizes awarded

The prizes have been given out for Marbella’s Ruta de la Tapa Romantica de Divina Pastora.

Located near the Plaza de la Iglesia Divina Pastora, the tasty tapas route had 16 establishments participate over a weekend in February in providing tapas for €1.50. 

The winners were announced by Marbella’s commerce councilman.

First prize went to Cafe Bar Fernando on la Avenida Europa.

Bar ‘Llena que nos vamos’ on Avenida Maiz Viñals took second place, and third went to Bar ‘Marquez’ on Calle Los Naranjos.

Apart from awards given to the top establishments, there was also a raffle, with the winner receiving a weekend hotel stay for two along with a Spanish ‘jamon.’
