Punjabi Palace celebrate sixth anniversary

PUNJABI PALACE is celebrating the sixth anniversary of the opening of the Los Montesinos restaurant and invite customers old and new to join them in marking the occasion.

On March 15 the fun and festivities begin with diners able to enjoy any starter, any main course with rice or naan bread, coffee, tea, mango cream or mixed ice cream, plus free unlimited draught beer, soft drinks or house wine until 11pm, all for €30 for adults and €10 for children. The night includes live entertainment and Bangra dancers. Bookings are already being taken and if the Diwali celebrations last year are anything to go by, it will soon be a full house as Punjabi Palace know how to host a celebration.

With six years under their belt, the restaurant has become more popular and reputed each year. They went on to open a second restaurant in La Murada and have won a number of accolades in local cuisine awards including best Indian restaurant in 2011; best front of house in 2012; and best set meal 2013.

The talented chefs use spices from all different regions of India and cooks food to suit all tastes from very hot to mild. There are the usual bhuna’s and balti’s, tandoori’s and tikka’s, but also different dishes to tempt your taste buds including lamb khumbwala and prawn karahi. But if the wide menu choice is a little daunting, the friendly, award winning front of house staff are always on hand to advise and recommend dishes and prepare dishes to your taste and preference.
