PALMA BEACH: El Juanito's most recent crime spree

A YOUTH, 14, with more than 2,500 thefts to his name, has been sent down by a judge.

The boy, known to National Police as ‘El Juanito’, appeared before a minors’ judge in Palma who decided to send him to the Es Pinaret internment centre for juvenile delinquents.
