Integration and solidarity in Almoradi

THE Islamic community of Almoradi has organised a blood drive.

The donation marathon was organised at the mosque to help integrate and support the Spanish society and comes after calls by the Islamic community to separate sexes at the transfusion centre. They say the intention “was not to create a misunderstanding” explaining that some women feel more comfortable.
