RECENT reports suggest that skipping breakfast can make you ill.
In the latest study, US researches found that men who don’t have breakfast are 27 per cent more likely to suffer from heart attacks or heart disease. The team at the Harvard School of Public Health (USA) said missing the meal put an ‘extra strain’ on the body as well as leading to unhealthier eating habits during the day with those missing out on breakfast more likely to snack.
