Napping at work

BUSINESSES are looking to introduce mid day naps for workers to increase productivity.

Due to longer work hours and more sleep-deprived workers, more workplaces are embracing naps and even creating designated rooms for them.

This comes as a result of studies conducted by researchers and scientists at The Harvard Medical Schools in the USA which suggests that when done properly, naps can be extremely beneficial in retaining memory accurately, upping productivity, and improving performance.

But, beware there’s an art to grabbing the perfect nap, if done incorrectly you could reap no benefits, or wake up groggy and feeling worse than before you nodded off.
