LOS ANGELES, Sept. 11 (UPI) — Hollywood’s Universal Pictures says the fourth installment in its “Jurassic Park” franchise will be called “Jurassic World” and open June 12, 2015.
Colin Trevorrow will direct the dinosaur picture, while Steven Spielberg is producing it.
The fourth flick had been set for release in June 13, 2014, but Universal said earlier this year the release date had been postponed to give “the studio and filmmakers adequate time to bring audiences the best possible version” of the movie.
No casting has been announced yet.
“Jurassic Park III” opened in 2001.
