Bolton Blasts Banus

Multi-platinum selling artist Michael Bolton sold out his only Spanish tour date and thrilled fans in Marbella with a diverse 90-minute show. After 35 years in the industry, Bolton proved star quality never fades. The Grammy-Award-winning artist might have been forgiven for relying on the host of number one songs from his past but also included a moving operatic tribute to his close friend Luciano Pavarotti as well as powerful duets with Kelly Levesque.

The classics were all there and had the crowd demanding encores. Bolton was supported by La Sala favourite, Paul Maxwel – The Piano Man. The performance was promoted by famed restaurant and leisure group, Sala Group.

Chairman Ian Radford announced, “A superb performance from a consummate professional. I was delighted to see a full stadium and an appreciative crowd. While we see this kind of support locally we will continue to try to bring the best artists to the area.”

Over the past 12 months Sala Group have welcomed Tinie Tempah, Tyga and Ne-Yo to their successful nightclub, Aqwa Mist.
