Spanish unemployment drops

For the first time in two years, Spain’s unemployment rate has fallen according to the official figures.

At the second quarter of the year, there had been a drop of 0.9 per cent from the first.

Tourism in Spain accounts for around ten per cent of Spain’s GDP so it could be due to the tourism that there has been a boost in employment figures.

There had been news from the Spanish central bank that the economy will be growing before the end of the year, so this news has boosted even more confidence.

Mariano Rajoy is claimed to have said that he expects the recession to end soon.
