WORK has started on one of the last natural areas in the resort town of Camp De Mar (Andratx). The land, which was sold by the town hall during the last term for €3 million, is now undergoing work to turn it into one of the largest urban development projects in the area.
The project is to construct 69 residential homes spread over eight blocks. Machinery has moved in and is clearing the land ready for construction. It is a prime site on the second line to the sea.
