HUNDREDS soaked up the sunshine while enjoying a breakfast of sizzling sausages and red wine in Jalon.
The town hosted its second sausage and traditional produce fair on Sunday with the fun starting with a breakfast of sausages and wine.
It was followed by a demonstration about the famous Mallorcan sausage sobresada which contains pork and paprika.
Various restaurants in Jalon offered special lunchtime menus featuring sausages. Other traditional products from the JalonValley were also on offer including honey and the local wines.
Visitors to last year’s event bought nearly 3,000 sausages of various types including butifarra, chorizo and salchicha.
