LA NUCIA’S municipal library at the Caravana complex is temporarily extending its opening hours.
From now until February 1 it will be open from 9am straight through until 9pm, without the usual afternoon break, the town hall’s Culture department announced.
The same timetable was adopted in June and September last year for the same reason as now: to help university students studying for upcoming exams.
The response from young Nucieros has been “massive,” said a town hall spokesman.
The library, which opened six years ago, is near the CV-70 road and the peaceful setting makes it ideal for students in the area, who can either walk or get there by bicycle.
