The Almeria Provincial Court has sentenced a forty-three-year-old man to three years and nine months in prison for selling hash and cocaine from a house in calle Maimonides, in Almeria´s Pecaderia neighbourhood. The prosecution took into account the man´s severe drug addiction as a mitigating factor.
J.B.G, who has a criminal record, was arrested on September 27 2010, after a month-long investigation resulted in a search warrant issued by a court. The police search yielded 111.41 grams of high-purity cocaine, 92.16 grams of hash, a digital weight and a 9mm pistol, for which J.B.G did not have a license.
