Petrol ‘spongers’ held

THREE were caught ‘red-handed’ by the local Police in Archidona, as they were stealing petrol out of a series of construction vehicles parked in a quarry.
The officers counted a total of 14 petrol jugs, 20-25 litres each. However, the owner of the vehicles reported the police that he had been previously stolen in the past months an estimated total of 800 litres.
