THERE WE GO: The Scottish visitors will apply what they learnt at the Ben Nevis.
SCOTTISH volunteers were monitored by members of Finestrat’s Special Mountain Police Unit (GAMO). The folks from Fort William did some real climbing practice at the Puig Campana peak, assisted by the officers. “Thousands of people visit the Puig Campana every year. For the GAMO team, knowing this land is crucial to guarantee safety in case of emergency, as well as to preserve the environment,” the local Safety Councillor said.
