MALAGA City Hall wants give freedom of opening hours to 1,200 shops and five shopping centres. The legislation would also allow shopkeepers to open on the days they want.
This proposal has not received complete support in the sector, which the Andalucia Regional Government wants to see. The agreement is to be approved in a planning meeting, but the Regional Government could veto it.
