Marbella City Hall’s construction councillor, Javier Garcia
THE Ministry of Public Works has committed to studying a solution to keep the Puerto Banus underpasses from being flooded when it rains. Marbella City Hall’s construction councillor, Javier Garcia, stated that the ministry’s spokespeople have “said to have financial troubles that hinder new projects,” although they have committed to cooperating with city hall to find a solution that will keep the underpasses, which connect the north end of the city to the south, from being flooded in rain season. The local government team has also asked the central government department for help finding alternatives for the A-7 and AP-7 junctions and exits, improving the accesses to several service stations, and several other issues.
