Local designer launches new line

LA CARRERA Roman Aqueduct in Almuñecar was the setting chosen by local designer Beatriz Peñalver to present her first fashion creations. More than 500 people attended the fashion parade which was presented by local journalist Daniel Olivares and organized by the local town hall.  The 22 dresses were a mixture of classical lines with modern touches of haut couture, and were very colourful, especially four flamenco dresses which proved very popular with the public. Following the fashion parade, Peñalver thanked her friends and family, the local town hall and the commercial brands who have believed in her work.
