Javea International Baptist Church raises a glass

MORE than 70 people attended the BBQ in a lovely almond grove and enjoyed a wonderful day to celebrate the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee.

Quizzes, games and a great sing-along of all the old British favourites made up the day with a toast to the Queen and a ‘last night of the proms’ style ending.

All proceeds from the celebration will be given to ‘Caring For Life’ in the U.K.
