THE conservative Popular Party (PP) failed to win by an absolute majority in last night’s Andalucia Regional election.
The PP won 50 of the 109 available seats, five fewer than the number required to gain the majority.
The PSOE socialist party won 47 seats and the left-wing party Izquierda Unida won 12 seats.
