A MAN, 41, was arrested in Albox, charged with threatening the owner of the house he was planning to rent when he asked him for documents in order to draw up a contract.
The victim reported to the Guardia Civil that the man had suddenly become violent when he asked him for the documents he needed, and threatened to break into his house and steal his belongings.
The officers confirmed that someone had entered the house and stolen a DVD player, a laptop computer, a TV, a remote control helicopter and a guitar.
They also found that the detainee frequently moved from one house to another, hiding for long periods of time, which made it difficult for them to local him.
However, he was a frequent customer of a local restaurant where he was located and arrested.
