Nokia has introduced its latest mobile phone creation at the World Mobile Congress in Barcelona.
The Nokia 808 PureView showcases a 41 mega-pixel image sensor and new pixel oversampling software which sees the device capture seven pixels of information then condense it into a single pixel.
This technology also works on the video function of the device.
The PureView also enjoys the gift of speed; it is able to take a photo in less than a second.
Also present are an LED video light for recording in dark places and built in Dolby headphone technology, making it the first smartphone to have this particular technology.
