FANTASTIC CHARITY: Ann Webber says that she’ll likely organise another event soon as half the tickets to her fashion show have already been sold.

A FASHION show is being held on Wednesday March 21 at Dolce Vita, Mojacar Playa to raise money for the cancer charity, MACS.

The accessory section show will show ladies on tight budgets how to create multiple looks from the clothes they already have.

There will also be a “pack light” workshop which will show you how to save time and money when travelling on budget airlines.

The fashion section is by Donna, whose clothes, say organiser Ann Webber, are fashionable and fun. Kathy Walker, Linda Daily, Christine Gordon and Kay Ryan will be modelling the clothes and accessories.

Webber had three shops in the U.K. from 1971 onwards in Luton, Dunstable and St Albans and retired to Spain five years ago.

She said that she found she missed the fashion industry, and now she loves organising workshops and events. She used to import accessories from Spain.

Tickets cost €8 and include afternoon tea. Dolce Vita will give €2 from the sale of every ticket to charity, and 10 per cent of the money from all fashion items sold will also be donated.

Webber said that MACS is a fantastic charity, and that she herself has lost people to cancer whom she loved dearly.

Half of the tickets have already been sold and it’s likely that a similar event will be organised if this show sells out.

Call Ann Webber on 664 808 998 to reserve your ticket.
