Married or divorced by a notary

THE Justice Minister, Alberto Ruiz-Gallardon, announced a law which would allow marriages and divorces to be carried out by mutual agreement before a notary.

This means there would be no need for legal channels, thanks to Mediation and Voluntary Jurisdiction Laws.

This is hoped to speed up processes while maintaining all guarantees for citizens.
