TEN people have been injured after a local train in Mataro (Barcelona) crashed against the mechanism at the end of the line.
All the vicitims except the driver have been realeased from hospital. The accident occurred shortly before 9am this morning (Thursday).
Althought the cause of the accident has not been confirmed, it has been suggested excessive speed may have been to blame.
Fifty people were on the train at the time of the accident.
