THE Alcazaba, or Arab Fortress, is Malaga’s favourite monument amongst locals and visitors.
A survey by carried out by Qype reveals that the 11th century Alcazaba which overlooks the city and harbour, is considered a monument which should not be missed due to its cultural and archaeological value.
It is said to be the best-preserved alcazaba in Spain.
The other two favourites in Malaga city are the Gibralfaro Castle and La Malagueta Bullring.
