PITIUSES is the where tourists spend the most in the Balearic Islands between January and November.
Tourists spent on average €116 each a day in Pitiüses during this period. The average spending per day in Mallorca was €108.40.
In November, tourists spent more than €1.6 billion in Pitiüses, according to tourism association Egatur.
In comparison they only spent around €535 million in Manacor.
Meanwhile the average stay during this period in Mallorca was six-and-a-half days, which is more than the average of 5.9 days for the Balearics, but less than Menorca’s average of 7.1 days, according to the National Statistics Institute (INE).
