WORK will begin next week to reform the Calle Cuesta la Iglesia in Almuñecar.
It will do away with architectural barriers such as the existing steps which have been the cause of several falls and has a budget of €110,000.
It will also allow emergency vehicles access to Plaza de la Constitucion.
