PRIME LOCATION: Platja de Palma is set for the construction of a large thermal spa complex.
THE commerce association of Platja de Palma will facilitate the construction of a large thermal spa complex similar to that in Andorra.
It will occupy a space of 2,000m2 and will be able to cater to between 1,000 and 1,500 users a day.
Two foreign companies with experience in this field are interested in building the complex, according to Alvaro Gijon head of the Platja de Palma commerce association.
One of the companies is German and the other Austrian. It is estimated it will cost between €15 million and €20 million to build.
