I was listening to David the Dogman’s Radio Show on Talk Radio when he gave the latest version of dogs’ ages. David kindly sent this to me to publish.
He has a good show for pet owners and works with Celia Haddon who is a real cat lady and authoress of 38 books. Celia worked with the Daily Telegraph for 20 years and was the pet agony aunt. They invite specialists and have questions and answers.

I am an artist and have a large studio which has two walls of sliding glass doors which I leave open to keep cool.
Recently I was horrified to find a cat had been in and sprayed the wall.
Soon cleaned up and there was no damage in this case, but it could well have sprayed against one of my paintings.
Whilst I quite like cats, I don’t want them doing that – is there a humane way I can stop them coming into my studio?

I recommend net curtains fitted in a frame, that should be easy for you, or go to www.cataire.co.uk, www.thescreendoorcompany.co.uk, or contact one of the local businesses which make mosquito screens for doors as they may be able to make you something to size.
Best wishes, Connie
