GUARDIA CIVIL have appealed to the public to help them locate a man who allegedly attacked a 13-year-old girl and her grandmother in Utrera, Sevilla in September.
The attacker is 28-year-old Jose Antonio Garcia Rodriguez, known as ‘El Cobra’.
He is from Malaga and described as 1.90 tall, thin, with long black hair and normally dresses in black. He may have cut his hair to may it harder to identify him.
The girl, whom he met via social networking site Tuenti, was brutally struck about the head with a stone, said those present, while her 75-year-old grandmother suffered fractured wrists and bruising after going to her defence.
