JUAN JOSE CORTES, the father of five-year-old Mari Luz, killed in Huelva in 2008, has been arrested for his involvement in a shooting in Huelva.
His father, two brothers and a brother-in-law were also arrested by National Police after a shooting which arose after a family argument in El Torrejon district where most of the family lives.
One person sustained a head injury and was taken to hospital but was later released.
Since his daughter was killed by paedophile Santiago del Valle, Juan Jose began to campaign throughout Spain to modify the Penal Code so it contemplates a life sentence, a so that a list of paedophiles is created.
He is a Evangelical Church Pastor and justice advisor to the Partido Popular.
