H&M and Desigual come to Almeria city.

TWO of the main international fashion retailers, H&M and Desigual, will open soon in Almeria City.

Swedish fashion brand H&M will open a 1,800m2 store in the city centre, just metres from Puerta de Purchena, which will offer the same collections for men, women, youths and children as the existing shops in the Mediterraneo Shopping Centre in Almeria and the Gran Plaza in Roquetas de Mar.

Desigual, meanwhile, will open a two-storey shop at the Mediterraneo Shopping Centre, and already has another in Roquetas de Mar.

Desigual is present in 70 countries with 170 stores and 7,000 distribution points worldwide.

Both are due to open this winter and will allow for the creation of several jobs which are already being offered on job-search websites.
