A 45-YEAR-OLD woman was found stabbed to death in her home in Calahonda.
An autopsy confirmed that the victim, who was originally from Argentina although she had Spanish nationality, was stabbed 13 times. She was said to have been found on the bed, wearing nothing but her underwear and was covered in blood.
Some people said it appeared the apartment had been searched, which could suggest a robbery, but this was not confirmed by the Guardia Civil, who haven’t ruled out any hypotheses.
Her body was found by one of her sons when he entered her apartment at the Mansion Alhamar complex. He went to her home after having attempted to contact her all morning and getting no response. Residents in the area claim they had not seen or heard anything suspicious. The victim had been living in the area for some time and had not been known to be involved in any problems.
