Torrevieja shops offer up to 40% off with new vouchers

Torrevieja companies offer discount coupons to its customers ranging from 5 to 20% with some offering special deals up to 40%. The City has issued 40,000 discount coupons spread throughout the city.

The scheme is collaboration between the Department of Trade and Hospitality Industry Hall of Torrevieja, and the Association of Small and medium businesses (APYMECO) who have launched a promotion for shops and catering establishments in Torrevieja

Agustina Esteve, Councillor of Commerce and Catering, said that more than 30 companies and shops in Torrevieja, are offering benefits through the discount coupons during the summer campaign.

In some cases, depending on the advertiser, the period is extended until the end of the year.

Esteve indicated that the companies involved belong to a broad sector of the local economy: restaurants, shoe stores, beauty salons, massage and nutrition, furniture, insurance agencies,  occupational risk prevention, information technology, marine products, tattoo artists, car dealers and others.

The promotion consists of a composite coupon booklet featuring all the companies involved. It’s not a new innovation to the city by any means, as an International version has been published monthly for a short while, but this is the most ambitious version with the backing of the town hall and local small and medium businesses.

Booklets can also be picked up in person at the office savings of the Department of Commerce and Catering, located in Plaza de la Constitución ( Old Town Hall) from 8am to 2.30pm.
