Rick Stein’s latest series in Malaga

RENOWED BBC chef and cookery writer Rick Stein was in Malaga filming recipes for the DVD of his latest cook book, ‘Rick Stein’s Spain’.

Twelve of the 140 recipes from ‘Rick Stein’s Spain: 140 New Recipes Inspired by My Journey off the Beaten Track’ were shot at Villa La Era in the village of Casarabonela in the Sierra de las Nieves, over a two week period.

BBC2 will be broadcasting a serious consisting of four programs over the summer which depict the customs of Spanish cuisine. Villa La Era will offer cooking classes with recipes from Rick Stein in the autumn.
