A CIVIL SERVANT in Los Palacios y Villafranca in Sevilla has sued the town hall for not giving him work.
The town hall has been sentenced to assign tasks to the man who complained that in four years, he had only been asked to issue one legal report, despite the fact that his salary had been increased over the years.
He reported the town hall after he failed to receive a document he requested in 2009 with the positions filled by each member of staff, what their tasks are within the town hall and how much they earn.
