THE freedom of opening hours for businesses in Torrox has been annulled by the Junta de Andalucia at the request of the business owners themselves.
The freedom of opening hours over the Easter and summer periods was approved by the Junta in February 2009 after a request from the former corporation and would have been valid until September 2012. However the Local Business Association (Asecot) came to an agreement with the town hall to request that it be annulled.
