THREE Britons were arrested in Malaga and Marbella accused of selling banned anabolic steroids. During the National Police operation 2,000 tablets and 100 bottles of anabolic steroids and banned substances were seized.
The investigation began with a gang suspected to be trafficking with drugs and vehicles, as well as money laundering. However, they were also thought to have distributed anabolic steroids and forged medicines at gyms and to body builders.
Police also seized €1,755 in cash, cocaine, hashish, forged documents and a variety of weapons and ammunition. Some of the items were found during the search of a house on the Altos de la Quinta urbanization in Marbella.
